Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

VELIORA FASHION will not accept returns of any product that has been opened or used.

If you received a damaged or defective product, you must notify VELIORA FASHION within 24 hours of delivery.
